@jamesmiller True. And I think that’s going to happen. Especially after reading that the Marlins had a team meeting AFTER they had an outbreak on the team and decided to play. You can’t trust the players or the managers to make healthy decisions.
Here’s an idea. If your team causes an outbreak, you forfeit your next 14 days of games. If health and safety isn’t enough motivation, maybe not losing will be.
If Major League Baseball can’t go one week without an outbreak…

Read an ESPN article this morning about college coaches taking voluntary pay cuts. UofSC’s @CoachWMuschamp and @FrankMartin_SC were quick to give back to the university, so I assumed everyone was. Turns out many high paid coaches haven’t given up a dime. espn.com/college-sports…
I actually trust our school district and our administrators. I believe that they will do everything to keep our kids and teachers safe. But the message from the governor today was “safe or not, the kids need to go back to school.” Not reassuring in the least.
If the point of that press conference was to make me feel MORE uncomfortable about my wife returning to the classroom and my kids returning to school. Mission accomplished.
