In a COVID work-from-home world, I’m really terrible at taking a day off. (I tried today. I failed.)

@UofSC And less than 24 hours later, I have my COVID negative result.

I’m really impressed by the testing system that @UofSC has built for the campus community.

@jsnell @blankbaby @VulcanHello Awesome. I was hoping you’d get an episode in to cover Lower Decks before Discovery starts.

@UofSC Also, great job on the shirt, @enewman595. Looks sharp.

Just did my first COVID-19 saliva test on campus @UofSC.

  1. It’s an easy process.
  2. Spitting that much is the hardest part.

I am looking forward to hearing @blankbaby and @jsnell talk about the last few episodes of Lower Decks on @VulcanHello.

@thekatestewart Send it along. That sounds awesome.

As a grad student, I’ve come to appreciate how critical having an awesome library team is. @UofSClibraries is first rate.

I just have to say: @UofSClibraries is amazing. Found something last night that they didn’t have. Requested through interlibrary loan. Received scan this morning.

@Theaprilblake Yep. Norah asked me tonight if we had one.

@kerryrm Norah’s looking at recipes now… It’s only a matter of time. I told the girls they could cook anything as long as they cleaned up after themselves. They’ve taken that freedom and run with it.

Older sister: “You know, we could make our own pasta from scratch.”

The cooking continues. My oldest made pumpkin muffins. And my middle child is making Alfredo sauce from scratch.

@Ungeniused I would COMPLETELY listen to a RelayFM “FontGenius” podcast.

@PeggyBinette Definitely a high degree of difficulty. That was at the top of her list of what she wanted to bake this summer. Tomorrow, she says she’s making a cheesecake.

@kerryrm Yep. It’s seriously impressive. She started with a vanilla flavor just to figure the basic process out. Now she’s planning to experiment with some other flavors.

My baking-obsessed high schooler made macarons.

@JoeJohnson @TheSpursUpShow I’m with Joe. Neither.

Kudos to WIS, @JudiGatson, Senator Graham and Jamie Harrison on an informative, respectful and civil debate.

FYI: Tim Scott isn’t on the ballot this year. Not sure if Sen. Graham knows that…

Graham tends to answer questions that weren’t asked.

@roachjl It’s been a fascinating campaign to watch from inside of SC. Jamie Harrison has run the best campaign I’ve ever seen a Democrat run in this state. Can’t wait to cast my vote for him.

Based on social media posts, I’m really impressed with how many South Carolinians appear to be watching the SC Senate debate.

I thought the Republican Party was “the party of personal responsibility.”

“These cookies are brownies and they aren’t even trying to hide it.”
