@ThomasMoffett If he seriously wants to deal with whether the legislature can compel him to do something, it’s an SC Constitutional issue.
@ThomasMoffett Why file a federal lawsuit for a South Carolina issue? Only reason to file a federal suit is exposure.
If Sanford was hoping to make a big national PR splash with a Federal lawsuit, it failed. No national media outlets are covering him…
@CamilleMaurice I just don’t see how one can argue state sovereignty one minute and go running to the federal courts when you lose.
