Just a reminder that roughly 70% of the U.S. National debt is owned by Americans. So if America defaults on its debt, it defaults on American investors.

Just discovered that another one of my colleagues speaks German. So we’ve formed a 1600 Hampton German Club. And we are annoying @dancook by speaking German while he’s trying to write.
Today… was not good.
@thekatestewart The M1 is Apple’s new chip architecture. So you want that, not an older machine with Intel chips.
@thekatestewart @MJHaught If I needed a laptop today, I’d buy an M1 MacBook Air without hesitation. If you need bigger screens or more ports, you can wait for the updated MacBook Pros. But the M1 chips are incredibly fast and the battery life is amazing.
@MJHaught @MJHaught is right. Get the M1 chip. I imagine the new laptops will still be coming out out next month, but the MacBook Air is a great deal with outstanding battery life. And the new iMacs are great if you don’t need a laptop.
@thekatestewart Whatcha need?
Today’s the day. @RelayFM’s Podcastathon. I donated to @StJude to fight childhood cancer and you should, too. Follow the craziness at twitch.tv/relayfm.
@jd_dillensnyder Happy to help!
Friends in Columbia: I’d like to get something framed. It’s been a while since I needed to frame something. Where is the best place to go?
Huh? Well that is unexpected.
I saw a white squirrel today and it looked really strange.
@stephpendrys It’s a pretty solid color palette. But I’m biased. 🤣
I’m always baffled by ad agencies that don’t want to pay for fonts.
@kerryrm This is so true… especially in the design industry.
@drcoxwsu @lizmccarthy23 It’s amazing. The whole family enjoyed it.
@lizmccarthy23 We got in line early — about 5:50 and got a spot in the first row. Plenty of room for Ryan to run around, which was helpful. A lot of time to kill waiting for things to get started.
It was a great experience though and we’ll go again.
@ryalcurtis Yep. Our first time. Great so far.
My plan was for Shang Chi to be the first movie I saw in a theater after COVID. COVID had other plans. So I’m at a drive in movie theater for the first time in my life.
@krisblack Looks great!
I just showed up a day early for a meeting. sigh
@cwinston75 @LexingtonOne I feel the same way about @LexRich5Schools. Last year, I felt like they were doing the best to protect our kids. This year, they don’t seem like they are taking COVID seriously.
I’ve gotten much better with math as I’ve gotten older, but these aren’t exactly my most positive math class memories.
This year, I get to relive both Geometry with my middle schooler and Algebra 2 with my high schooler. Pray for me.
